## What we do

More than **12 years** on Salesforce, for companies directly and inside Salesforce partner teams.

- **Apex development**: Triggers, batch and queueable jobs, and REST services that stay within governor limits, with tests for every change.
- **Lightning Web Components**: Components for record pages, guided screens, and the mobile app, including screens that work offline.
- **Data model and SObjects**: Objects, fields, relationships, and record types that fit your process and stay fast with large data volumes.
- **Flow and automation**: Record-triggered and screen flows your admins can maintain. Apex only where Flow falls short.
- **Integrations**: REST and SOAP interfaces to SAP, Marketing Cloud, and your own systems, directly or through middleware like MuleSoft.
- **Data migration**: We map, clean, and deduplicate your data, load it with the Bulk API, and reconcile the counts before go-live.
- **Deployments and releases**: Salesforce DX, Git, and CI pipelines from sandbox to production, including managed packages for the AppExchange.
- **Org setup and cleanup**: Profiles, permission sets, sharing, page layouts, and reports for new orgs, and reviews that untangle existing ones.
- **Revenue Cloud and CPQ**: Product catalogs, price rules, quotes, orders, and quote documents in Revenue Cloud and Salesforce CPQ.

## Examples from client projects

A small selection of our work. The drawings show sample data.

- **Email templates and attachments**: Agents answer a case by email, with text from templates and generated PDFs as attachments. We built this for a Service Cloud org with **more than 2,000 users**.
- **SAP and Salesforce in sync**: Data moves **both ways** between SAP and Salesforce, so sales sees what SAP knows. We wrote the integration service in Java for a food service wholesaler. [More on Salesforce SAP integration](https://helpfulbits.com/salesforce-sap-integration.md)
- **E-invoices from Salesforce**: Invoices go from Salesforce to the tax authority as structured XML, with corrections and QR codes. We built it for **KSeF**, the national e-invoice system in Poland.
- **Field sales on the phone**: Reps record visits and orders, scan barcodes, and collect photos and signatures on the phone, **even without signal**. We built it for a field sales team that visits retail stores.
- **Consent in every connected system**: Opt-ins from the web shop and even from fax land on the right person, and **every connected org** gets the same answer. We set this up for a distributor with several Salesforce orgs.
- **Quotes and orders in Revenue Cloud**: Quote and order logic moved from custom Apex into Flow and OmniStudio, where **admins can change the rules**. We did this during a Revenue Cloud migration.

## We work with AI coding agents every day

We are heavy users of OpenAI Codex and Claude Code and **build our own apps for them**. We know what they do well and where they need a careful review.

- **Context from your systems**: Agents read the Jira tickets, SharePoint documents, and Outlook threads that belong to a task.
- **Designs your team can decide on**: We turn that context into HTML documents with clear diagrams. Your stakeholders discuss them and make the decisions.
- **Clean pull requests**: The agents implement what was decided. We review every change for governor limits, sharing, and security and hand it over with tests.
- **Within your rules**: We use agents only as far as your policies allow, with the tools and data access you approve. We work this way in large enterprise projects too.

## Our own products

We build and run these apps **ourselves**, including the servers behind them.

### HB Code

Workspace for Claude Code and Codex. Runs Claude Code and OpenAI Codex on your Mac or Windows PC. Every command, file, and diff in the agent thread opens with a click.

- Follow a session and reply from your iPhone or Android phone
- Ask for write-ups with diagrams or spoken walkthroughs
- Uses your Claude and ChatGPT subscriptions

### ReplyContext

iPhone app for answering messages. Share the message you got, say roughly what you want to answer, and get one reply built from your own wording.

- Works with shared text, pasted text, or a screenshot
- You edit the draft, then copy it into the chat
- The app never sends anything for you

### CrispDemo

Mac app for product videos (Early access). Turns screen recordings and screenshots of your app into a finished product video, rendered on your own Mac.

- Your coding agent rebuilds the screens and writes the script
- Voice and music come from the app, and the video renders on your Mac
- Sizes for YouTube, TikTok, Reels, LinkedIn, and your website

## How we work

- **We start with the process**: The business process, the data owners, and the path to production come first.
- **We use what Salesforce has**: Standard features and Flow first. Custom Apex only where it is worth the upkeep.
- **We leave it documented**: Decisions written down, critical paths tested, documentation your support team can use.
