Salesforce org review and cleanup
A small change is due, one new field on the quote. Nobody wants to deploy it, because the last release broke order creation and the developer who wrote the triggers has left.
You work directly with an architect who can also write code. We're in Grünwald near Munich. More than 12 years on Salesforce, for companies directly and inside Salesforce partner teams.
How we work
We start with the process
The business process, the data owners, and the path to production come first.
We use what Salesforce has
Standard features and Flow first. Custom Apex only where it is worth the upkeep.
We leave it documented
Decisions written down, critical paths tested, documentation your support team can use.
What we review and fix
Apex within governor limits
We read triggers, batch jobs, and REST services for governor limits and add tests for every change.
Flow your admins can maintain
Logic moves out of custom Apex into record-triggered and screen flows where your admins should change the rules themselves.
Profiles, permission sets, and sharing
We review profiles, permission sets, sharing, page layouts, and reports and untangle them.
A path to production
We set up Salesforce DX, Git, and a CI pipeline from sandbox to production.
Examples from client projects
Quotes and orders in Revenue Cloud
Quote and order logic moved from custom Apex into Flow and OmniStudio, where admins can change the rules. We did this during a Revenue Cloud migration.
